Guide helps residents and visitors discover places based on their interests, with informative content to read or listen to. The suite includes the Guide mobile app and Guide Portail, for local authority and tourist office teams.

Choose your interests, how much time you have or how far you want to go, and whether you are walking or cycling. Guide generates a route for your outing. You can read or listen to the content about each place at your own pace.

Guide Portail helps local authorities and tourist offices understand Guide users’ interests and the places they discover. Its indicators, maps and suggested actions can help adapt the local tourism offer and highlight less-known places.

The programme starts with two weeks of scoping, followed by an extendable five-week internal trial. The local authority then decides whether to continue or stop. If it continues, a six-month public trial is followed by a review and possible continuation.

There is no charge for scoping or the internal trial. The public trial is paid, under agreed terms. Guide prepares and supports the programme; local teams share their local knowledge, contribute to the content and recruit a small group of testers.

Guide is still getting ready before its release on the App Store and Google Play. A launch date has not been announced yet. You can contact us to follow the project’s progress.
